- Coordinate daily with Human Resources and campus divisional and departmental leadership all salary data for current and future internal positions in My Compass, SAP-ESS and SAP salary data system, tracking all changes and special initiatives while disseminating all information to various stakeholders.
- Maintain and provide monthly a Position Management Report to senior leadership on all changes made throughout the month for new and changed positions.
- Provide campus oversight between Legislative Position authorization and the campus use and assignment of positions by the Human Resources Department.
- Assist Human Resources in the preparation of an annual position requests to the Office of Transformation & Shared Services and ADHE.
- Periodically monitor the current allocation of positions to determine if any title is over-allotted or any salary exceeds the salary maximum and informs Human Resources of discrepancies to prepare the Personal Services Requests in order to reflect campus-staffing needs.
- Review and approve departmental, Human Resources or Executive Committee referred Business Cases.
